The Love Synapse

Belgrade, 21. January 2012.- Installation The Love Synapse by Serbian artist Ana Knežević, made for the Gallery Treći Beograd, is a spatial experiment with the void volume and the space reflected on windows that are positioned towards the Danube River and represents the ground where inner and outer space meet. The visitors will face light-sound vibration and balanced void in the reduced visual situation. By minimalistic interventions, geometrical shapes of light that are in resonance with the site-specific void and reflection of the space at the meeting point of two realities – interior and exterior of the Gallery, the emphasis is put on the extents of void and their active nature.

Bohemian quarter

Belgrade 2011.- Once the home of many Serbian poets, writers, artists, and actors, the cobble-stoned Skadarlija (or Skadarska) street today hosts some of the best restaurants in Belgrade
, all of which strive to preserve bohemian traditions from the early 19th century. Definitely the place to go if you want to get a feel of the atmosphere of Belgrade's old times, cruise art galleries, shop for antiques or souvenirs, or taste the best of local food.
